The Company

Airship & Balloon Company Ltd. was formed in 2003, following a successful Buyout of Virgin Airship & Balloon Company, by Managing Director Nick Langley, who had been a Commercial Pilot with Virgin Airship and Balloon Company since 1988.

Nick has flown branded, round and special shape, hot air balloons for clients in Europe, Middle East, South Africa, South America and the United States and was involved in Richard Branson's last Global Challenge where he flew one of the media balloons in Marrakech, when the Virgin ICO balloon took off on its historic flight.

Airship & Balloon Company is based in Bristol, close to the M4/M5 Motorways and is a Civil Aviation Authority Certified Air Operator (Air Operator Certificate: Balloon 212) and a member of the British Association Of Balloon Operators. We are also a BBC Aerial Filming Services provider.

Sally runs the ABC Office in Bristol dealing with all aspects of operations and finance.
